ATTEMPTED ATM BURGLARY AT IVORY PARK PHARMACY

In the early hours of Wednesday, 03 September 2025, an attempted ATM burglary at Khuya Pharmacy on Freedom Drive Road, Ivory Park Ema 15, was foiled after police responded swiftly to the scene.

According to reports, five suspects broke into the pharmacy, targeting the ATM inside. Police officers arrived during the break-in, leading to a confrontation.
• Three (3) suspects managed to escape.
• One (1) suspect was shot dead during the incident.
• Another suspect was arrested and is currently detained at Ivory Park Police Station.

A case of business robbery has been opened as investigations continue. Police are pursuing the remaining suspects.
