Duties include:
- Ground maintenance, tool repairs, and upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Using tools to mix/spread fertilizers, herbicides, etc.
- Cleaning of toilets, windows, and other areas
- Performing general manual labour as needed
